*Rates reflect charges for services rendered and do not include any charges for outside vendor services or merchandise purchased.

*Rates include a 20 mile allowance. Miles in excess of 20 will be billed at $0.48/Mile. Parking charges are additional as well as tolls.

*We can customize a price package to fit the needs of each client.

*Payment requested upon completion of services by cash, check, or money order.

*A fee of $35.00 will be assessed on all returned checks.

*We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to dry-cleaning or other client merchandise that is serviced by a separate vendor.

*If you hire us for house sitting/waiting for any contractors that are providing services to you such as carpet cleaning, home repair, or deliveries, we cannot control outside vendors' schedules, therefore, we will not be held liable for any additional time that occurs if they do not arrive or finish at the agreed-upon time.

*We are not responsible for any damage to your property or merchandise that is caused by natural events like tornados or flooding or any kind of dangerous weather event and that is not any fault or wrong doing of our own.

*We will be as efficient as possible to get everywhere in a timely manner, but we will not be responsible for extra time due to circumstances out of our control such as traffic or weather.
